TDS Civil (Total Dynamic Services Ltd.) is a locally owned civil construction and earthworks contractor based at 5669 199 St, Langley, BC. Operating since 2010, our WorkSafeBC-registered, COR-certified crews deliver excavation, site preparation, drainage, utilities, concrete, paving and winter maintenance across Metro Vancouver and the Fraser Valley.
Our Story
TDS Civil — operating as TDS Vancouver (Total Dynamic Services Ltd.) — is a locally owned and operated commercial, municipal and strata property service company. Established in 2010, we specialize in excavations, landscape maintenance and construction, snow removal, salting & de-icing, and concrete & asphalt. Our team is also trained on the supply and installation of Sika membrane and waterproofing products.
Between our operators and site supervisors, the TDS Civil team has logged years of hands-on Metro Vancouver fieldwork — and we put that depth to work all year. Whether it is spring drainage, summer earthworks or a 2 a.m. winter salting call-out, the same crew keeps your property safe, accessible and well-maintained through every season, so seasonal upkeep is one less thing on your plate.
From our base at 5669 199 St, Langley, our crews have completed hundreds of projects — from road building and land clearing to drainage systems, utility connections, environmental works and demolition. The Team Behind TDS Civil
TDS Civil is locally owned and operated, led and staffed by tradespeople who built their careers on Lower Mainland job sites. Across the company, our supervisors and equipment operators carry years of combined field time — spanning excavation and earthworks, structural civil work, drainage and utilities, demolition, concrete and asphalt, and year-round snow and ice control. Because the same in-house operators who scope your job also run the machines on it, the person who quotes your work is the one accountable for delivering it.
